Knowing by experiencing

Hatha yoga in the morning will gently wake up body and mind. Moreover the steady asanas will be preparatory to the afternoon Vinyasa yoga. The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way” and is used to describe a specific sequence of poses based on sun salutation. It’s a form of dynamic yoga flow that links asanas and breath in a stream.
Each daily practice will be focused on one psycho-physical aspect according to Kundalini yoga:

DAY 1. Grounding/Security   DAY 2. Flexibility/Pleasure   DAY 3.  Core/Will
DAY 4. Opening/Giving   DAY 5. Listening/Expressing   DAY 6. All in One


Small Group: 2 to 8 guests ♦ 1 Yoga Class (15€) – 2 Yoga Classes per day (25€) ♦ Evening Meditation (for free) ♦ 1 Outdoor Activity or 1 Cultural tour (15€) ♦ 1 Cooking class+Dinner (30€)♦ Self-catering accommodation ♦ Transfer to/from Bologna airport, if required (20€).
