Knowing by experiencing

The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way” and is used to describe a specific sequence of poses (Chaturanga to Upward-Facing Dog to Downward-Facing Dog). It’s a form of dynamic yoga that links asanas and breath in a stream. The transitions of vinyasa movements close and open the asanas in an appropriate manner and with extreme care.
Each daily practice will be focused on one psycho-physical aspect according to Kundalini yoga:
